Yesterday I bought a bunch of bananas that were way past their prime. But, at 10 cents a pound, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make some fresh banana bread!
I wanted to show you these...my set of vintage measuring spoons. I'm not real sure where I got mine...but they are just like the ones my Grandma used!
All ready to go in the oven...

I forgot to take a picture before I cut into the bread...so now you know that I already ate half the bread.
The recipe I used is one of my favorites...all I did was add a handful of frozen blueberries.
