I spent yet another day sewing. I had it in my mind that I was going to make a tote bag/purse. I have one that I really love (from Longaberger), however it's a smidge small and the colors are bright. So, I decided to make my pattern based on that bag...only I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to make some of my own "changes".
Well...it's done, and this is what I ended up with! My mom (who has been sewing for YEARS!) even was impressed! ;o)
This picture doesn't do much for the color of the bag. The blue is more of a blueish/grey. This picture makes it look denim...
Biggest already put in her order for a bag. I think I will make hers a bit smaller though, and maybe use pre-made handles...we'll see!?
