Camping...

On a whim, we decided to take the girls camping Saturday evening. This is something we talk about doing, and yet never do. So, this was it. We went to my sister's house and picked up the tent, and packed what little bit of camping gear we owned...and headed off! (to Walmart that is!) We bought a new portable grill, charcoal and some food to fill the cooler...then, we were off to the campground.



Keep in mind, our girls have never gone camping, and it has been 11 years since I camped out...in a tent! As a couple, Honey and I have never camped. So we are far from being experienced campers...we actually own a time share, if that says anything about us! ;o)



Anyway, we set up camp, ate dinner and relaxed by the campfire....went to sleep, then did the same thing all over again for breakfast. We had a great time, and more importantly have plenty of stories to tell to our friends and family.
